How to choose the right Napkin Incinerator for you ?
Capacity:
The number of napkins it can process at once or within a given cycle. Capacity determines the size of the incinerator. Range between 10 – 110 pad/cycle.
Heater Power:
How much energy is used per cycle, how long a cycle takes and the efficiency of the machine depends on the wattage rating of the heater used in the machine. Range between 1200W – 3500W.
Cycle Time:
The time required for one cycle in a napkin incinerator depends on the model, its capacity, and the power of the heating mechanism. Approximately 15 to 30 minutes
Auto shut-off:
The auto shut-off system turn off machine when incineration is complete, preventing overheating and conserving energy. A regulator timer or programming timer is used for this.
Prevent auto-on:
This is a system that prevents the machine from running automatically when the current is cut off and the machine starts running again.

Operation
How to Operate a Sanitary Pad incinerator?
The loading chamber is open and the used sanitary napkin is placed inside. After loading, the door is securely closed, creating a safe and closed environment for incineration. Turn on the incinerator and electricity flows to the heating element, which heats the incinerator to a high temperature. The automatic shut down feature turns off the heater once the napkin is fully burned. This ensures energy efficiency and safety.
Once the combustion process is complete, the incinerator cools down. The small amount of ash left after incineration is collected in a tray at the bottom of the incinerator. This ash should be removed before starting each new cycle.

Key Components of a Sanitary Pad Incinerator
◇ Combustion Chamber:
The combustion chamber is the core part of the incinerator, where napkins are placed and burned. Designed to maintain heat within the chamber to allow for complete combustion and minimize heat transfer to the external parts.
◇ Heating Element:
Electric heating elements (such as coils) are used to generate the temperature needed to burn the napkins effectively. It located around the combustion chamber.
◇ Ventilation:
A small exhaust pipe is included to vent the combustion gases and smoke. 2 inch or 3 inch GI flexible hose is used for exhaust
◇ Insulation Layer:
A thermal insulator surrounds the combustion chamber to prevent heat from escaping and to protect the outer casing from overheating. Thermal insulation wool is used to withstand high temperatures and reduce heat transfer.
◇ Control Panel:
The control panel allows users to operate the incinerator, set temperature levels, and control the incineration process. It includes on/off switch, temperature settings, time setting, indicator lights and control panel board.
◇ Ash Collection Tray:
The ash from the burnt napkins is collected at the bottom of the combustion chamber using a hash tray. Made with metal sheet, it allows for easy removal and cleaning.
◇ Outer Casing:
The outer casing encloses all internal components and provides safety by isolating the hot inner chamber from external touch points. It is made of metal sheet and coated with paint

Principle
Working Principle of a Sanitary Pad Incinerator
Once the incinerator is loaded and closed, when the power to the incinerator is turned on, an electric current is passed through the heating element, which produces temperatures between 600 °C and 900 °C (depending on the model). This high heat is enough to burn the napkin material completely and reduce it to ash. This high temperature neutralizes harmful microorganisms, odors, and other impurities, making the process hygienic. The Exhaust System safely vents the minimal exhaust outside.
